This Privacy Policy explains how LIV 4 Vitality LLC ("LIV 4 Vitality," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit liv4vitality.com, join our email list, book a call, or buy our services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number, and message.

• Newsletter signup: your name and email address.

• Discovery call booking: your name, contact details, and any answers you give on the booking form.

• Purchases: your name, contact details, and billing information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.

• Client information: if you become a client, you will share health history, lifestyle details, and lab results through our secure client portal. This is covered by your client agreement and by section 6 below.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, our website platform may collect your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, and how you arrived. This is done through cookies and similar tools.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your messages and schedule calls

• To provide coaching services you purchase

• To send our newsletter and occasional offers, if you subscribed

• To process payments and keep business records

• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it

• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Services we use

We rely on trusted providers to run the business. They receive only the information needed to do their job:

• Biocanic: call booking and secure client portal

• OnFire Health: payment processing

• Fullscript: supplement ordering

• Functional lab companies: test kits and results, for clients only and only with consent

4. When we share information

We share personal information only:

• With the service providers listed above

• With your physician or another practitioner, only when you ask us to in writing

• When required by law, court order, or to protect someone's safety

• If the business is sold or transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply

5. Email marketing

If you join our email list, we will send you our newsletter and occasional offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will still send messages related to services you purchased.

6. Health information

Please do not send health details through the website contact form. If you become a client, health information is collected through our secure client portal.

LIV 4 Vitality provides health coaching and is not a medical provider, so it is not a covered entity under HIPAA. We still treat your health information as confidential. We use it only to provide your coaching services and never share it without your written permission, except where the law requires.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores to make websites work and to measure traffic. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner on our site, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

8. How long we keep information

We keep contact and newsletter information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep client records for [7] years after our work together ends, for business and legal purposes, and then delete them securely.

9. Security

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email kerri@liv4vitality.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some information may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

11. Children

This site and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as our supplement store and social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
