These Terms of Use govern your use of liv4vitality.com, operated by LIV 4 Vitality LLC ("LIV 4 Vitality," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Not medical advice
The content on this site is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.
LIV 4 Vitality provides health coaching. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we do not prescribe medication. Always talk with your physician before changing your diet, exercise, supplements, or medications. Never ignore medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.
2. No client relationship from using the site
Reading this site, subscribing to our newsletter, or booking a free discovery call does not create a coaching or professional relationship. A coaching relationship begins only when you sign a client agreement and pay for services.
3. Purchases and services
Coaching programs and lab testing purchased through this site are governed by our client agreement, which you must sign before services begin. That agreement contains our payment, refund, and cancellation terms. If these Terms of Use and your client agreement conflict, the client agreement controls.
Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from our programs, recommendations, or products.
4. Testimonials
Any testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences. They are not typical results and do not guarantee you will have the same experience.
5. Affiliate links and products
Some links on this site are affiliate links, including our Fullscript supplement store. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We recommend only products we trust. Supplement statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
